Large congresses fill the Royal Cliff rooms quickly, and many participants book in Jomtien or in the city centre instead. From Jomtien Beach Road the estate is usually 10 to 20 minutes away; from Central Pattaya it takes 15 to 25 minutes, more in the evening when traffic around Walking Street builds up.
