Identify UTP clearly
Use airport code UTP and the complete flight number in the booking. This prevents confusion with Bangkok's two main airports.
Provide a precise destination
Pattaya is not a single drop-off point. Add the hotel name, street, building and district. The same applies to Jomtien, Na Jomtien, Bang Saray, Sattahip and Rayong.
Declare baggage in advance
Strollers, golf bags, large suitcases and sports equipment require more room than standard luggage. State the quantity and type before the vehicle is confirmed.
Confirm the meeting point in writing
Airport procedures can change. Use the current booking confirmation and its contact details instead of relying on an old article or screenshot.
Report changes early
Update the booking if the flight number or arrival date changes. For flights around midnight, double-check the calendar date carefully.
