01Do not list children only as passengers
Provide the number and ages of the children. If a child seat is required, request the specific type and make sure it appears in the confirmation.
02A stroller is part of the baggage plan
Even a folded stroller can use substantial luggage space. List suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and other large items separately.
03Choose the vehicle for the complete load
Seat count alone is not enough. The vehicle must still have room for adults and baggage after child seats are installed.
04Food, water and breaks
Water, small snacks and easily accessible spare clothing are useful on longer journeys. Discuss any planned stop in advance where possible.
