Use one contact for each journey
Business travel is easier when one person consolidates passengers, times and changes. The driver and travellers should receive the same final itinerary.
Identify every location precisely
Company sites, industrial estates, hotels and port facilities may have several entrances. Use the full address, an on-site contact and a map link where needed.
Plan backwards from the appointment
Add access time, registration and travel buffers before the meeting. Airport transfers also need check-in and terminal time.
Define multiple stops in advance
Additional pickups change the route and duration. Submit all stops before confirmation and record them in the correct order.
Confirm invoicing and payment requirements
If a corporate invoice or special billing address is required, confirm it before travel. A blog article does not replace an individual quotation or payment agreement.
Official information sources
Check the transfer details
Provide the pickup, destination, date, passengers and baggage completely. The information and conditions in the booking form apply.
