Meeting point at Suvarnabhumi (BKK)

After arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), your driver welcomes you with a name sign (first and last name). The exact meeting point is shown in your booking confirmation – most often it is Arrival Gate 3 on Level 2 (arrivals hall). Here is how to find it in four steps.

Follow the signs

After collecting your luggage and reaching the arrivals hall on Level 2 (past the customs exit), follow the signs toward the public arrival gates inside the terminal. Whether your driver waits inside the arrivals hall or you go to a signposted pick-up zone is stated in your booking confirmation. The signs lead you to the exit toward the arrival gates.

Arrived at Arrival Gate 3

You will recognise the meeting point by the large sign with the number 3 and the label "Arrival Gate / Meeting Point". Your driver waits there with a sign showing your first and last name — printed or digital on a tablet. The driver's direct phone number and the vehicle licence plate are in your booking confirmation email. If you don't spot the driver straight away, simply call that number.

Good to know

The exact meeting point is shown in your booking confirmation and can vary by booking – most often it is Arrival Gate 3 on Level 2, but it can also be another arrival gate, the marked meet-and-greet zone or a nearby car park. To find your driver quickly: switch on your phone – the driver's direct phone number and the licence plate are in your confirmation email, and often an SMS or WhatsApp arrives shortly after landing. Check your booking confirmation – it says whether the driver waits inside the building or you go to a pick-up zone. Look for the sign with your name in the row of waiting drivers behind the sliding doors of the baggage claim. The free waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival – in case of flight delays the driver is informed automatically and adjusts the pick-up time.
